- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

- You received a defective or damaged item
- You received the wrong product
- The product is not as described on the website
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following are non-returnable:
- Items that have been used or damaged due to misuse
- Custom or special-order items
- Items returned after the 7-day window

- Clear photos of the item (if damaged or defective)
We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
5. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, a refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds are processed either as:
- Product replacement (subject to availability)
Note: Since we offer Cash on Delivery (COD), monetary refunds are not processed back to the customer.
6. Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or defective item), we will bear the return shipping cost.
- If not, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
